A meeting held in the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia today, December 14, was dedicated to the issues of determining educational policy course, informational decision-making, exchanging statistical data among structural units of the Ministry and studying labor market demands.
The meeting was leaded by Deputy Ministers Ketevan Natriashvili and Aluda Goglichidze. Participants of the working group included foreign partners such as Barbara Raider and Michael Stainer, statistics specialists (USAID, NASS) working on the development of National Statistics Office of Georgia. The meeting was attended by the representatives from the Ministries of Economy, Agriculture, Employment, Sport and Youth Affairs, structural units of the Ministry of Education, National Statistics Office and US Embassy.
