Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Ketevan Natriashvili together with director of Teachers’ Professional Development Center opened a conference for teachers of VET institutions.

Two-day conference is dedicated to summarizing trainings conducted for professional development and to sharing of teachers’ experience among vocational colleges. Students of vocational colleges and successful graduates are participating in the conference for the first time this year.

A number of important trainings were conducted for teachers of vocational education institutions, among them, training course on the use of interactive methods and IT technologies in learning process.

Study of needs of vocational teachers is planned in the nearest future. Results of the study will serve as basis for the activities necessary for teachers’ development.
