Excellent pupil of 41 Public School was awarded
Fourth-grader of Mikheil Grushevski Public School 41 Anna-Maria
Kartozia was awarded with a net book on behalf of Ms. Margarita Baski, the
citizen of Ukraine.
Margarika Baski’s family was evacuated to Georgia during the World War II. Ms. Margarita went to 56 Public School (the school was merged with Mikheil Grushevski Public School 41 in 2011) for a year, when she was a fourth-grader.
Ms. Margarita expressed her desire to award an excellent pupil. The decision was connected to May 9 Day and Ms. Margarita’s gratitude towards Georgia and the Georgians. The Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia was informed regarding the decision from Consul General of Georgia in Donetski Zurab Kvachadze.
