Work meeting with Minister of Education and Science
Today,
Tamar Sanikidze, Minister of Education and Science of Georgia held a meeting
with Daniel Yohannes, MCC CEO, Lea Henley,
MCC Deputy Head of Administration and Richard Norland, US Ambassador to
Georgia.
Board of Directors of the US Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) has approved 140 million USD 5-year compact. The allocated sum of money is intended to increase the quality of human capital and development of work force in Georgia by means of investing in science and technical education. Issues of the offered compact and planned projects within the compact were discussed during the meeting.
