The applicants have received special cards indicating place and time at Information and Resource Centers. They were able to print the cards from the web-site www.naec.ge as well. Testing will be conducted in several sessions during a day.
National Examination Center of the Ministry is arranging the process of testing. Taking into consideration specific features of the test and in order to provide all necessary information, the applicants were able to pass sample test on October 16.
The applicants enrolled as a result of a contest and pass minimum competency level in testing shall have an opportunity to get education free of charge in State education institutions and those who are unable to pass minimum competency level may continue studies and pay tuition fee themselves.
The Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia has made a change in the rule of enrollment on vocational programs. The aim is to ensure transparency and impartiality of the enrollment process and to check compliance of skills and abilities with requirements of vocational programs.
First stage of the registration process finished on the 14th of October. Registration was possible in Information Centers of Tbilisi, Kutaisi and Kobuleti, 70 Resource Centers and 33 institutions carrying out vocational programs. Applicants were able to register for one or more vocational programs in State vocational educational institution carrying out the direction of the vocational programs chosen by an applicant.
