The old school building was destroyed in the 90s and  school was arranged in miners’ division building.  50 pupils of the school were going to school there for 13 years. But, due to severe conditions, they were forced to leave this building in the beginning of 2013-2014 school year. The pupils and 16 teachers continue going to village Tskhauri public school. They are able to reach this school by a school transport allocated by the Ministry.  

Construction of a new school starts in December of the current year. Bids were held and a winning company was selected. New school will meet modern standards. The building is designed for 90 pupils. Construction works  shall finish in December 2014.

The Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia is planning to build 9 new schools. Most of them will be finished by the end of the following year.
