Invitation for Expression of Interest (Eol)
for
Millennium Challenge Account –Georgia announces Expression of Interest for the procurement of consultation services for the Development and Implementation of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Program for Public Schools in Georgia.
Consultant is requested to conduct an assessment of the current facilities O&M situation and institutional capacity to implement an O&M strategy; Develop a multi-year national framework with an implementation structure, operational plan, and budgetary processes to address the O&M needs of public school facilities in Georgia; Develop recommendations for training strictly for facilities O&M.

Project will be implemented under the Millennium Challenge Corporation’s Compact funds. The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (“MCC”) and Georgia (the “Government”) have entered into a Millennium Challenge Second Compact to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in Georgia in an amount of US$140,000,000. MCC and the Government of Georgia signed the Second Compact on July 26, 2013.
