An electronic portal www.students.eqe.ge for students’ mobility for spring semester of the academic year 2013-2014 was opened today, at 11 a.m. Students will be able to make their choice till February 13, 18:30 p.m. 

Fee for mobility constitutes 40 GEL. mobility is free of charge for the socially unprotected students. The amount of money can be paid at any branch of Bank of Georgia or by means of pay boxes and the Internet. 

Students are able to choose 5 (five) educational programs. Mobility competition procedure is based on the scores accumulated as a result of the Unified Examinations. 

Results of the mobility procedure will be posted on the official web-site of National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement on February 14, 2014. Students will be able to check their right to mobility. Afterwards, a student is required to go to the host institution immediately.

Students will be receiving text messages (SMS) from the beginning of registration to the day when the results are announced.

7 higher education institutions out of 67 are not taking part in the mobility procedure in compliance with the legislature. Remaining 47 higher education institutions out of 60 have announced 6982 vacant places.  

The following State Universities are not participating in the mobility procedure:

1. Vano Sarajishvili Tbilisi State Conservatory
2. Kutaisi Musical College
3. Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University
4. Ilia State University
5. Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film Georgian State University

(5154 vacant places were announced and 1596 students participated during spring semester mobility of the academic year 2012-2013).
