The Prime Minister, the Minister of Education and Science Tamar Sanikidze and the Minister of Labor, Health and Social Protection, officially opened the first multi-university clinic at the medical university. The clinic is designed for 185 beds and is equipped with modern laboratory, radiological diagnostics and high-tech equipment needed for medical research.

University Hospital will prepare more than 6,000 local and 2,000 foreign students, who will acquire practical skills. At the same time, the University Hospital, where 600 workers are employed, will provide a high level of medical care not only for Tbilisi, but also for the entire population of Georgia.

Educational and Scientific Infrastructure Rehabilitation is one of the top priorities of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia. In this regard, there are a number of large-scale projects.
