According to the President’s order #66, on 30 January, 2010, the educational-enlightenment and the qualification advancement programs of the Development and Reforms Fund Agency, which was established on the initiative of President, will be implemented by the Ministry of Education and Science. Therefore, the Ministry will provide the program administration.

Interested eligible candidates will have an opportunity to apply on the web-site of the Ministry and to fill the application placed on the site. Farther, the masters, who have already obtained the grant, will receive financing as before.
