In master program for training of teachers, for the first time researches of practice were implemented in current year, which is carried out on the base of public schools. Along with master students, school administrations and teachers are involved. Practice research benefits are receiving as students as well as each teacher and school itself. During the research process, students are realizing those difficulties and challenges which they may encounter in pedagogical practice, and are involving in everyday's life of school.
Teachers are developing skills of practice research in the course of working with students which is very important to become a teacher-researcher and developing a skill of practice research. These skills are necessary competency, defined by the teacher's professional development scheme, for their career success.
Entering of teachers with skill of practice research and educational specialists in the system and involving of these cadres in process is serving to the purposes of school strengthening, improvement of system, elimination of problems associated with the practice and development of learning and teaching based on evidence.
As for public defenses they are helpful for strengthening of collaboration of institutions involved in educational sphere, joint discussions about challenges in the system and, as most important, searching for ways of problem solving.
