The goal of the project was a discussion of programs under the second $140 million Compact between the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). Caucasus Regional Manager of the OSI International Higher Education Support Program's Academic Fellowship Program Magda Maghradze and MCC Resident Country Director Kateri Clement participated at the meeting.

This is my first visit to Tbilisi and that is a result of a significant partnership between United States of America and Georgia. the second $140 million Compact between the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) for Georgia which is amied at th improvement of the quality of education is successful. We, at Millennium Challenge Corpration, appreciate the strong partnership between United States of America and Georgian government and people”, said Phatima Sumar.
The aim of the second compact of the corporation is improvement of a quality of science, engineering and technological education in Georgia via developing of a human capital. The compact serves the goal of defeating poverty and increasing of economy growth via promoting the quality of secondary, technical, professional and high education in Georgia.
