The deadline for the registration on vocational programs is 27 September. Every day hundreds of people register for their desired programs at state vocational institutions, resource centers or at establishments providing various vocational programs.
For today, 9 000 applicants are already registered and in some cases, the amount of registered people on a certain program is more than acceptable contingent. The most demanded programs are cooking, Accountant, food product control and tourism, informational technologies and Engineering.
The registration procedure and open door days take place at vocational college ‘Mermisi’. The college offers 34 vocational education programs in five main areas: Agriculture, Business Administration, Arts, Engineering and directions of international specialties. All of the programs are sponsored by the ministry and there is no age limit.
College meets all the requirements provided by competitive market and trains them according to all the standards and prepares all the learners for their further employment. All the conditions are created in order to satisfy the required needs starting from modern learning environment to their future career as well as renewed programs and experienced qualified educators.
Since 2013, community college ‘Mermisi’ is actively involved in inclusive education projects. From 2014 college started to adapt on universal design. In accordance with proper learning environment, SEN students are provided with necessary learning resources.
