At the beginning of 2016 the new electro- educational service will started. The presentation of  new website was attended by the Minister of Education  Ms. Tamar Sanikidze and representatives of international organisations.

Commence of new educational portal is extremely important project for our country, because portal will facilitate the govern of educational information, it compiles the digital data of schools, colleges and universities. Service is special as for the educational institutions also for citizens. This service will be available for the 73 educational instances, 86 professional college, 2333 school and  around 700 thousand students.

Website  created by the Ministry of Science and Education of Georgia, with the help of ‘National Centre for Educational Quality Enhancemet’ and ‘Education Management Informational System.’ The initiative is supported by the UNDP and government of Sweden.

‘We are implementing high-technological , customer oriented system of information control.  With the help of new service the information exchange will be facilitated among the educational instances, payments will be facilitated, educational documents will become more accessible, that will reduce the bureaucracy in the educational system.’ – mentioned Ms. Tamar Sanikidze.

Head of United Nations Development Program mentioned that new service will assist the current reforms in the educational system. This will improve the quality of education and assist thousands of students and teachers.

The website will put into the practise after the completion  of  employee training and transferring  of educational information into the digital format.
