Owing to the charity project of SOCAR in Georgia, a local public school in Lezhnadini district was completely reconstructed and renovated, in conjunction with equipping it with the latest appliances. The minister of Education and Science – Tamar Sanikidze, and the president of SOCAR – Rovnag Abdullayev, together attended the opening ceremony.

Since the few years, The Ministry of Education and Science has renovated 44 Azerbaijani schools across Georgia. Two of the schools are undergoing a phase of rehabilitation as of now.
