Additionally, upon the completion of the training course, participants will be able to identify the needs of vocational teachers, as well as to plan and carefully assess the results of the training.
For the successful implementation of Work-Based Learning and Dual Education program it is of significant importance to navigate the development process towards two vital streams: institutional and professional enhancement activities.
As students are undergoing their trainings in the industry, it is vitally necessary for tutors/teachers to have access and therefore hold corresponding information regarding the latest technological equipment present, as well as having a decent knowledge about the internal structure of the enterprise.
During the industry training, teachers will be able to enhance their professional abilities in conjunction with expanding their background knowledge. Moreover, planning and executing professional development activities will greatly enhance the relationship between the institutions and the industry as well as helping with the internal institutional progress.
