On June 10, Georgian public schools hold the election of the board of trustees – the highest self-administrative body. The Board of Trustees is one of the most important link in the school’s governance, and its members are elective by parents and school teachers. Moreover, the Board of Trustees elect the school principal, approve the school budget and are in charge with creating the school curriculum. The board members are comprised of school teachers, parents and one student of the secondary level.

The preparation process for the election was attended by the Deputy Minister of Education and Science – Ms. Lia Gigauri in Kobuleto public school today.
