LEPL the National Education Development Center is always concerned about the improvement of services for the citizens and, therefore, the services are to be rendered to the citizens in terms of simplification of the general procedures. In this regard, the center periodically carries out a series of organizational development events in coordination with various state agencies.

LEPL National Education Quality and Development Center in cooperation with LEPL State Services Development Agency has developed a new procedure that ensures the quality enhancement of the services, in conjucntion with expanding its geographical reach.

The change applies to educational institutions in terms of verifying/legalizing a document with an apostile.

On August 10, 2016, the authority of issuing verified/legalized documents with an apostile, will be transfered to the Ministry of Education and Science  Civil Service Development Agency. The following will give the opportunity to the interested parties, to get verification services with an apostile in 17 Justice Halls and 14 territorial offices around the country.

Verification / legalization with an apostile are subject to the following documents:

• Certificate (Studies, Evaluations, Workplace, and etc.);
• Attestation (Full/Basic) / Secondary education diploma;
• Transcript;
• Vocational Education Certificate
• Diploma (higher education / vocational)
• Diploma supplements/ annexes
