Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Lia Gigauri visited the Tbilisi Boarding School №200, congratulated the children with the New Year and gave them the New Year gifts on behalf of the Minister. The Deputy Minister examined the handmade items of pupils and got acquainted with the process of their making.

89 pupils with special educational needs are studying in the Boarding School №200, 60 out of them enjoy the boarding services, and some of them even spend the holidays in the boarding school. Lia Gigauri was hosted exactly by these pupils.

In the specialized schools, the pupils study the individual program accustomed to their needs. In addition to the training programs, the Ministry cares about the infrastructure of these schools. Last year, the repair works were completed in the school yard and the boarding school, the boarding school was completely renovated, cleaned and equipped.
