Two English-language scientific magazines: “Works of Andria Razmadze Mathematical Institute” and “Chronicles of Agrarian Sciences” of the Georgian Agrarian University were filed in the database of the world’s one of the largest scientific electronic publication “Elsevier”. This is the first case when the works of the Georgian scientists appear in the largest international scientific database.
For filing in an electronic platform, the representation of “Elsevier” has selected the above-mentioned magazines, in cooperation with Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation, according to high standards of international scientific magazine.
As a result of successful partnership of the Rustaveli Foundation with the company “Elsevier”, the Georgian scientists have the opportunity to use the huge international scientific database of “Elsevier” for free. Scientific literature published globally is available for the scientists in electronic manner not only on the level of short annotations, but also the full versions of the work. In addition, it is possible to obtain quotations and other bibliometric information. Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation also has access to (SciVal Funding™) funding and reviewers search databases of scientists and scientific projects.
