On February 23-24, the IV Session of the International Supervisory Board was held at Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia. The member of the Board, the Vice Prime Minister of Georgia, the Minister of Education and Science Aleksandre Jejelava opened the meeting.
The Supervisory Board is the collegial body of the foundation, which meets twice a year and discusses the activities, strategic issues and action plan implemented by the Foundation during 6 months.
During two days, the employees of the foundation will submit to the Board members: summary report - achievements, challenges and problems; amendments made according to the recommendations of the Supervisory Board; new structure; renewed conditions of grant competitions; new grant competitions and programs (joint grant competitions of MG, SRNSF-DAAD and SRNSF-VW); contests, budgets and other important issues of 2017.
