Aleksandre Jejelava, minister of education and science of Georgia visited 300 children who are spending their school holidays in Bakuriani within the project supporting healthy lifestyle development among youth. The minister attended several sport events and awarded the winners.
The program initiated by the Ministry will be carried out during school holidays and will unite as many children as possible. In this way, the children’s scope of thinking will expand, they will be engaged in sport and creative activities, will meet their peers and develop social skills. The program will encourage children to lead more active lifestyle, get interested in sport activities and use the skills acquired at the camp in their daily lives and promote sport among other peers. Making school children active and raising a healthy future generation is the main goal of the project.
