The Government of Georgia offers distance learning of Georgian language to the compatriots residing abroad. A special program was developed for teachers of distance learning within this project. Their theoretical and technical retraining was carried out, the simulated sample lessons were held, the form and the method of teaching was evaluated. The conducted trainings were analyzed, weak / strong sides were revealed. After that, trainings will be expanded in size. Already retrained teachers will be able to conduct trainings at the next stage.

The project was first launched in the pilot mode in the UK and caused great interest. This has led to increased project scope and involvement of other countries. Approved program, retrained and qualified teachers guarantee successful implementation of the project, that will offer quality service to everyone.
