The International Center for Education is pleased to announce the qualification improvement program abroad 2017.

The goal of the Scholarship Program is to provide the persons employed in public service with opportunities to improve their qualifications abroad. After qualification improvement abroad, a person employed in a public service will be able to work more efficiently.

The task of the program is to prepare highly qualified and competent staff for economic and social development of the country.

Persons employed in the state (budget) institution through this scholarship program will be able to improve the theoretical knowledge, practical skills and professional skills by undertaking the qualification development program abroad. The content and theme of the qualification development program shall comply with the content of the activity imposed by the position.

Qualification development program may last no more than 3 months. On the basis of the contest, full or partial financing will be issued.

In the course of the contest, information about institutional co-financing obtained by the contestant will be taken into consideration. The program does not provide financing of any non-standard, including: teaching - programs with incomplete loading mode of learning, programs in electronic form (online), remote programs, integrated programs, so-called “Executive” programs.

Filling the application and submitting the relevant documentation (including those compiled in English) is conducted through the official web-site of the Center through uploading on the Integrated Electronic Registration System at https://app.iec.gov.ge/.

The deadline is from June 30, 2017 to July 20, 2017 (at 19:00 Tbilisi time).
