Applications for the Qualification Raising Program 2017 in the International Center for Education abroad have been completed. 34 applications were submitted within the framework of the program.

Through this scholarship program, persons employed in the state (budget) institution will be able to improve theoretical knowledge, practical skills, professional skills through study of Qualification Raising Program abroad. Content and theme of the qualification raising program shall comply with the content of the activity imposed by the position.

The Qualification Raising Program can last no more than 3 months. A full or partial funding is issued based on the contest.

The Contest Commission makes decision on various issues related to the reveal of the winner and holding of contest. The executive director of the Center approves the membership and authority of the Commission. Assessment criteria and evaluation forms of contestants will be elaborated and approved by the Contest Commission.

The Contest Commission evaluates the electronic application and attached documents through the electronic system of evaluation. The maximum number of points is 100 points.

The Contest consists of three stages:

First stage - administrative (formal) examination of electronic application and relevant documents. Incomplete application is not considered. The Center is entitled to require from the contestant to specify the submitted document. The administrative (formal) examination of electronic application and relevant documentation is carried out by the Center's Academic Programs and International Projects Service.

Second stage - content evaluation of electronic applications. On the basis of electronic application and the content evaluation of the attached documents, in case of collecting the relevant scores, the applicant, if it has been established so, is transferred to the third stage of the contest. At the second stage, the contestant can collect maximum 50 points.

The third stage - interview. At the given stage, the contestant may collect maximum 50 points.

At the completion of the contest, the collected average scores on the second and third stages of the contest are summarized, on the basis of which the final result of the contest will be revealed.

The final results of the competition will be available until August 20, 2017.
