Within the framework of professional development project of teachers and directors of "Millennium Challenge Account-Georgia", School Management and Leadership Conference was held for directors of public schools. The goal of the conference was to share the best practice in direction of school management and professional development.

At the conference the directors shared the practice which they acquired as a result of the trainings held and, at the same time, got acquainted with the best international practice in direction of school management and leadership conference. They have also participated in discussion in the field of education management about existing tendencies, achievements and challenges.

The Vice Prime Minister of Georgia, Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, Aleksandre Jejelava has participated in the working process of conference. The event was attended by more than 200 directors of schools and education specialists.
