The Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia has developed a new format for projects of the United Nations Strategy and Action Plan for 2017-2021.

The structural units of the Ministry were involved in the elaboration of the Unified Strategy Document, legal entities of public law subordinated to the Ministry, local and European experts. During the preparation of the document a number of consultations were held in which the representatives of international and of non-governmental organizations, of field experts, practitioners, of research institutes and of higher education institutions participated.
