Aleksandre Tevzadze graduated from Komarov School of Physics and Mathematics and later graduated from Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Physics, with honors. In 1999 he became PhD student at the Department of Plasma Astrophysics, Department of Mathematics of the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the Catholic University of Leuven, where he was awarded with the degree of the Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematics (with major in Astrophysics) in 2006.
Since 2005, Aleksandre Tevzadze has worked on various post-doctorate positions in Turin Astrophysical Observatory (Italy) and Paris Observatory in Meudon (France). At the same time, he was the junior scientific worker, scientific worker, associate researcher and researcher in Abastumani Astrophysical Observatory
Author of dozens of publications - Aleksandre Tevzadze was elected as an Associate Professor of TSU in 2009 and since 2012 he has been the Associate Professor of the Department of Physics at Carnegie Mellon University (US).
As for merger of the Department of Youth of the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs with the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, preparation for integration is underway.
