Owing to the invitation sent by the Ministry of Education of Portugal, Mikheil Chkhenkeli along with the ministers of education from various countries, in conjunction with leaders of Teachers Unions and education experts, participates in the Educational Ministerial in Lisbon.
The Ministerial is held in Lisbon, Portugal, and is organized by the Government of Portugal, where the participants from around the world have the opportunity to share their experiences, build strong networks, and discuss future perspectives. Together with the president of Teachers and Scientists Union of Georgia – Maya Kobakhidze, the co-Founder of the Georgian School Administrators Association – Archil Sumbadze, are attending the event.
Schools of future, the role of a teacher, students and pedagogics in general are the main agenda of the Ministerial this year. Within the forum framework, the participants will actively discuss how through the teacher encouragement, innovative pedagogy, and the emergence of new technologies, better learning conditions can be created.
The forum participants have the opportunity to get acquainted with the Portuguese school system, and visit local schools.
Under the official visit to Lisbon, Mikheil Chkhenkeli will discuss the prospects of future cooperation with experts from numerous countries.
