Within the scope of the European Union Technical Assistance Project, a strategic planning manual for the vocational college managers was designed. The manual was created under the Action Plan framework, within the scope of the vocational Education Reform Strategy 2017, according to which a series of training for the administrative personnel is planned in the pilot educational institutions.

The manual describes the detailed process of elaborating the strategic planning document, which should facilitate the development of high quality strategic documents in schools. Various representatives of Vocational Education Institutions, National Center for Quality Development and National Center for Teacher Development were actively involved in the process of the manual development.

The implementation of the Strategic Planning Guidance was conducted in two schools – “Mermisi” and the "Information Technology Academy" (the selection of pilot colleges, was conducted in accordance with the willingness of the institutions themselves). During the event, most productive and active personnel were symbolically rewarded for their dynamic commitment.
