Delegation of Executive Directors of World Bank, who are visiting Georgia, inspected Telavi State University today. The Minister of Education and Science of Georgia and the Minister of Finance hosted the guests together with the Rector of the University.

Towards the beginning of the meeting, Minister of Education and Science - Mikheil Chkhenkeli introduced the Regional Director of World Bank to the South Caucasus - Mercy Tembon and other members of the delegation, with the ongoing processes in the fields of education, in conjunction with presenting planned projects for the coming future. The parties discussed the ongoing and planned projects financed by the World Bank. Additionally, at the end of the meeting, the Minister expressed his gratitude towards the representatives of the World Bank for investing in Georgia.

The representatives of World Bank expressed their satisfaction with the existing cooperation and agreed to further enhance this relationship.
