Members of the Georgian Greco-Roman wrestling team have won 2 gold and 2 bronze medals at the German Grand Prix, held in Dortmund, Germany.

The winners and the proud owners of gold medal are as follows: Nugzar Tsurtsumia (55kg) and Jakob Kajaia (130kg), whereas the bronze medals were won by Levan Kavzharadze (67kg) and Giorgi Melia (97kg).

Nugzar Tsurtsumia, the bronze medalist of the European championship, defeated a Turkish wrestler in the finals. Heavy weightlifter Jakob Kajaia, who participated in Rio Olympic Games, defeated the representative of Lithuania - Mantas Kinstutus.

190 participants from more than 25 countries participated at the Dortmund Grand Prix.
