Referring to the street tragedy occurring last year, Mikheil Batiashvili said that all the recommendations given by the Parliamentary Temporary Investigation Commission were fulfilled.

The document is a coordinated with close collaboration mechanism between the Office of Resource Officers and Educational Institutions, which will significantly regulate information exchange between the two parties.
Risk assessment and protection of public safety and public order are undertaken to create an electronic program that provides high level of involvement of parents, school administration, faculty members and representatives of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport in the school process. The program will allow them to receive information about the student in an electronic mode.
Furthermore, the School Advisory Council was established, which will conduct the advisory role in terms of school security issues.
Internet portal www.befriend.mes.gov.ge is now in test mode, which will ultimately be modified by the end of the year. It is important that the psychologist's consultation on the portal will be available both online and through mobile application. The website will significantly facilitate public awareness of violence, access to information and therefore its fundamental prevention.
By the end of 2019, schools will be provided with guidelines for the mediation and security plan.
Additionally, the schools have created a crisis intervention group for timely and effective response to crisis situations. This approach will significantly reduce the long-term psychological trauma in children and teenagers.
By the end of 2021, 1300 active resource officers will be retrained at the police academy, which is possible with the active cooperation and grace of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
