On April 4, Lloyd's conference room
"Creative Entrepreneurship Academy 2019" was opened. The main theme
of the year is the role of festivals in the development of local economy. The
event is hosted by organizations: Creative Caucasus, Creative Georgia and
Creative Estonia.
Founders of Estonian and Georgian leading
festivals talked about the innovative experience of festivals and assessment of
desired or unwanted results. In addition, Estonian experts focused on the
aspects of preparation and holding of the festival, such as branding, financing
and planning of various services.
The event was opened by the Ambassador of Estonia to Georgia -
Kai Carlsson and the First Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and
Sport of Georgia - Mikheil Giorgadze. The theme of this year's academy is to
evaluate the impact of the creative economy on local development. Organizers of
the Academy plan to develop an available platform, where knowledge and
experience will be shared. The Ministry of Foreign Entrepreneurship is
supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia.
