Football competition was held among the team of Tbilisi Public School №207 and musical group “Mgzavrebi” with the support of MES and Police Academy of Ministry of Internal Affairs. Minister of Education and Science, Dimitri Shashkini and Director of Police Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Khatia Dekanoidze attended the competition.

Team of Tbilisi Public School №207 won the football competition among the schools last year that was organized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Teams who took the first and the second places were awarded personally by the Minister of Internal Affairs.

On June 11, school children of Gldani Schools supported Public School m207. School children visited the Police Academy and got familiarized with Guards’ training process after the competition.

Support of different organizations and governmental bodies in similar joint events and the projects, initiated by MES is very important. Adults liked this event very much that was held at the Police Academy. These meetings together with studying will increase their interest in sports.
