The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, Mikheil Chkhenkeli, spoke about the mega-project Kutaisi International University at the International Center for Education 2019 Summary event and offered the Alumni Association members the opportunity to get involved in the university life.

“You know that a mega-project, Kutaisi International University, is being implemented in Georgia by Mr. Bidzina Ivanishvili. He invested one billion dollars for this project. Kutaisi International University will be a truly European educational space, where lectures will be delivered by professors from the world's leading universities. The involvement of the Fellowship Center will be important in the life of Kutaisi International University. In this regard I, as a member of the Alumni Association of the International Center for Education, will have active communication with each of you” said Mikheil Chkhenkeli.
