At
Terminal - the multifunctional space, A career forum was organized by the
Alumni Association of the International Center for Education. The event aimed
to bring the center's graduates closer to their professionally connected
organizations. The forum was attended by about 60 members of the Association
and up to 20 heads of state and private agencies / representatives.
The
forum has been held for the fourth time. At the event, young professionals who
received education and experience at leading universities around the world
shared their experiences, opportunities for collaboration and engagement with
the participating organizations and becoming familiar with the specifics of
their work.
The
Alumni Association was founded in 2018 and brings together beneficiaries of the
Center's various scholarship programs.
The
goals of the Association are: Creating and strengthening the alumni network;
Promotion of professional development of the Association members; Conducting
development-oriented research and consulting; Creating public good through the
knowledge and experience gained abroad.
This
year, the Association, with the support of the International Center for Education,
received alumni projects within the framework of a grant competition and
identified 8 winners. The projects have already started.
Since
its inception, the International Center for Education has provided nearly 850
scholarships between 2013-2019 and has funded higher education at leading
universities around the world.
