Vocational Education Strategy project for 2013-2020 and issues of vocational education quality, accessibility and development were discussed at the meeting.  

Implementation of interim (2009-2012) Strategy ended in December, 2012. It was evaluated by international organization “European Training Foundation”, strong and weak sides were singled out.  

Working group for the new strategy was set up in the framework of the EU Technical Assistance Project and based on the evaluation of interim strategy and active involvement of stakeholders. The group for the new strategy has presented long-term strategy for the development of vocational education (2013-2020) and two-year Action Plan (2014-2015) to the Ministry.

The Ministry continues discussion of the Strategy with all interested parties in order to reflect their ideas.
