Owing to the initiative of the Ministry of Cultural and Monument Protection of Georgia, in cooperation with the European Union, a large-scale forum – “Culture and Creativity for Innovation and Development” was held.
The international forum is being held on December 8-9 and aims to increase the awareness towards the creative industries, in conjunction with giving networking opportunities to the representatives of the creative sector, business sector and the international experts.
Within the forum framework, the representatives of the European Union and the Eastern Partnership countries are sharing their experience on the major tendencies and successful approaches. Presentations, seminars and discussions are held on such subjects: such as the role of education and new technologies for the development of the cultural and creative industries, as well as the local and regional political initiatives and many more.
Within the scope of the forum, a manifest between the Eastern Partnership countries: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus and Georgia, is planned to be conducted, which supports the deeper cooperation between these countries.
