On July 16, 2024, Giorgi Amilakhvari, the Minister of Education, Science, and Youth Affairs of Georgia, accompanied by Deputy Minister Nodar Papukashvili, visited the Institute of Bacteriophagy, Microbiology, and Virology, as well as the Ivane Beritashvili Biomedicine Center. During the visit, the Minister explored the infrastructure of these research institutes and gained insights into their ongoing scientific research activities.

During the visit, they explored the center's unique manuscripts, its infrastructure, and the ongoing scientific research efforts.

From June 15 to July 19, a summer camp for Ukrainian teenagers is taking place in Kakheti, supported financially by the Government of Georgia. The camp welcomes students from Ukraine as well as children of National Guard servicemen.

On July 3, 2024, Giorgi Amilakhvari, the Minister of Education, Science, and Youth Affairs of Georgia, visited the 147th Tbilisi Public School on the inaugural day of the Unified National Exams. He personally observed the examination process and wished the entrants success, expressing hope that each would achieve their desired results and continue their studies in higher education.

On July 3, 2024, a crime prevention course for teachers was launched in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia and the Ministry of Justice. This national initiative aims to equip teachers and school staff with the skills needed to promptly identify and address illegal or concerning behavior among minors.
