An open day was held at Mermisi Vocational College. College representatives provided information to interested individuals about the College's vocational programs, as well as the registration process, testing, and further employment opportunities. The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, Tamar Kitiashvili.
A two-day seminar was organized by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia and supported by the EU-funded project "Support to Public Administration Reform in Georgia (PAR)" to effectively plan the process of developing the Education and Science Development Strategy 2022-2030.

Tamar Kitiashvili, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia held a meeting with partner employers involved in the implementation of dual agricultural programs at Gori Vocational College Gantiadi. The purpose of the meeting was to evaluate the existing cooperation, discuss plans and analyze the needs for the introduction of new dual programs.

"I am pleased to inform the public that the unified national, master's and teaching exams have been successfully completed. These examinations were organized at the highest level, in strict compliance with the medical protocol. Our ministry has done its best to conduct the exams in a perfect academic and safe environment.
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia and the European Business Association. The memorandum was signed by Deputy Minister, Tamar Kitiashvili and Deputy General Director of the Association, Mariam Kuchuloria.
Georgian National Ballet "Sukhishvilebi" presented a new project - "Artefacts" to the public. The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, Mikheil Chkhenkeli attended the concert.
The premiere of the new play "COVID-19 or Restrictions in Georgian" was held at the Vazha-Pshavela Professional State Drama Theater in Telavi on July 30-31, attended by the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, Mikheil Chkhenkeli.
Today, August 1, the 2020 Common Masters Exams commenced. On the first day of the exams, the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia Nunu Mitskevichi got acquainted with the registration of applicants together with the Minister of Education, Culture and Sports of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara, Maia Khajishvili at the examination center opened at Batumi Public School N10.
With the support of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, a gala award ceremony of the National Award for Vocational Education was held. The event was also attended by US Ambassador to Georgia, Kelly Degnan, Israeli Ambassador to Georgia, Ran Gidor and other invited guests.
