On the first day of the national exams, the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Mikheil Chkhenkeli visited the examination canters in Tbilisi and wished success to the entrants. Today, the entrants take the first exam in Georgian language and literature.
Mikheil Chkhenkeli: “Unified national exams started today. Human health is a top priority for us. Consequently, the recommendations of the healthcare sector and the medical protocol are strictly observed during the examinations. Additionally, if the entrant is confirmed to have contracted the virus, they will not be excluded from the exams.
A separate examination session will be held especially for such entrants. I would like to wholeheartedly wish all entrants to pass the exams successfully."
The 2021 examination process is being carried out in full compliance with the recommendations set by the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia. 25 examination canters have been set up throughout Georgia.
