The Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, Giorgi Amilakhvari appointed Maia Menagharishvili as a consultant in the field of research, development, and promotion of the state language.
Maia Menagharishvili has accrued many years of experience working in the field of the state language popularization. At various times, she headed the editorial department in the government administration, whereas, in recent years she held the position of the deputy chairman of the Education and Science Committee of the Parliament of Georgia and supervised the direction of the state language.
