Up to 100 school resource officers donated their blood at Iashvili Children’s Central Hospital.  Within the frame of the charity event, blood will be used for the children with oncology diseases.

The oncology- hematology division of this clinic can use the donated blood; apart from the patients of the clinic any child with oncology disease can also use the blood.

School Resource officers will take part in charity events in the future as well; they stand ready to help any child upon necessity.

In order to keep schools safe, Resource Officers commenced their activities in the Public Schools of Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi, Zugdidi, Poti, Gori and Rustavi.

Resource Officers’ duty is to prevent conflicts and ensure the safety of the schoolchildren, teachers and school staff.  Within the scope of the Safe School Concept, the parents have a full guarantee on their children’s safety.
