Resource Officers and schoolchildren of Tbilisi Public School №200 visited National Museum. In the scope of the event, the schoolchildren had an opportunity to get familiarized with the documents and photo and video materials on Russian Occupation (1921-1990).

School Resource officers will participate in such events in the future; they are willing to make their contribution in children's upbringing.

In order to keep schools safe, Resource Officers commenced their activities in the public schools of Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi, Zugdidi, Poti, Gori and Rustavi.

Resource Officers’ duty is to prevent conflicts and ensure the safety of the schoolchildren, teachers and school staff. They are not allowed to punish the schoolchildren.

New initiative that is being implemented in the frame of the Safe School program, envisages giving parents a full guarantee of their children’s safety.
