The Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Dimitri Shashkini and staff of the educational program “Teach and Learn with Georgia” met those native English speaker volunteer teachers who teach English along with local teachers at public schools of Tbilisi, Kvemo Kartli, Samtskhe Javakheti, Kakheti and Shida Kartli regions.
The goal of the meeting was to discuss ongoing developments, reforms and challenges in education system, as well as current activities and future goals of the program “Teach and Learn with Georgia”. The Minister has already met the volunteer teachers working in other regions of Georgia.
After Minister had discussed the updates, volunteer teachers had opportunity to ask questions to the Minister and TLG staff.
