Apart from the on site visits to schools, Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Dimitri Shashkini observes the  process of the exams from the  Data Processing Center under the Ministry  with the help of the central server and audio equipment.

The central server which collects information on the ongoing exams at all schools of Georgia operates without delay; so far technical problems have not been detected. The Ministry equipped the central server with the latest technical facilities. In case there are some technical problems at the examination sites, the exam observers will be informed on this instantly.

In order to run the exams process smoothly, all schools have been provided with internet access and have been supplied with the computers and modern technical facilities, IT specialists have been selected based on the open competition, they provide a technical support to the exams at each school of Georgia. At the same time, observers monitor the process of the exams from the Data Processing Center under the Ministry.
