These trainings, organized specially for teachers of the natural sciences, will help them to effectively utilize science labs as part of their teaching and lesson planning. As a part of the trainings, the teachers are familiarizing themselves with various methods of conducting the experiments and are given the opportunity to conduct model lessons.

This year, teachers of all subjects can register for certification exams. Certified teachers will receive a salary bonus of 75 GEL. Certified teachers are eligible to pass an integrated test in the English language and Computer Literacy; upon successfully passing this exam, the teachers will receive an additional bonus of 200 GEL to their monthly salaries. As a result of the above mentioned exams, 25% of the best teachers will be paid 1,000 GEL per month. All mentor teachers will receive an additional 180 GEL to their salaries.
