Prevention of the violence against children at home and in public is the top priority for the Government of Georgia. The joint trainings for SROs and social workers were initiated by the Social Service Agancy.
Trainings are organized regularly throughout Georgia. During these trainings SROs and social workers share the experience on prevention of violence against children.
Since 2010, Ministries of Education and Science, Health and Labor and Internal Affairs jointly work on the issues of violence against children.
