Today, the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Khatia Dekanoidze was in the Kaxeti region. She met with the students from the families who were victims of natural disasters and informed them that all of their learning fees will be fully funded by the Government.
The President made the announcement that natural disaster victims studying at higher educational institutions (2012-2013) will also have their learning fees waved. This was decided upon after the Kaxeti municipality had collected all the data regarding these students.
